Water Fit

This fitness class incorporates the buoyancy and resistance of water to challenge your cardiovascular system and muscle groups. Moves will be simple and you can expect to improve your agility, flexibility, strength, coordination, and endurance. Call the BV Pool & Recreation Centre to register. Regular admission rates apply, or use your 10-pass or Membership.
